Why Coconut Milk?
There are
many benefits of coconut milk. We think that coconut milk contains cholesterol.
But many studies have proved that raw coconut does not contain cholesterol.
Coconut will turn into cholesterol when we cook it. So, if you want to avoid
cholesterol from coconut, never cook it. If you are using it in a curry or
soup, first cook the curry and then add it. Due to this, there will be no
cholesterol in your food.
Choose the right Coconut!
To make coconut
milk at home, you need to choose the right one. By green coconuts, milk cannot be
